2. Services

We provide expert IT legal advice, contract drafting, compliance assessments, and related services under the domain DigitalAssistGo.com. All services are delivered in accordance with applicable Swiss law and professional standards.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are outlined in our engagement letter. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments can be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on invoice.

4. Refund Policy

We strive for client satisfaction. If you wish to request a refund, please submit your request in writing within 14 days of service delivery. Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

• Services not yet commenced: full refund will be issued.
• Services partially delivered: pro rata refund based on work completed.
• Completed services: refunds granted only in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.

To initiate a refund, contact our support team via contact.html. All refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, documents, and deliverables provided by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these deliverables for internal purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
